1. All prices exclusive of VAT.
2. “Per half day” rate equates to max of 4.0 hours (9am-1pm or 1.30pm-5.30pm).
3. “Per day” rate equates to a max of 8.5 hours (9am-5.30pm): hourly charge + out of hours surcharge applicable thereafter.
4. Part hour bookings charged at hourly rate (* two hour minimum booking).
5. Out of hours bookings incur £20hr surcharge in addition to above rates.
6. *£5 per person supplement applies to delegates of 12 and above. Max capacity 18.
7. 20% non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking. If booked within 24 hours of meeting full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Any remaining payment shall be taken by debit/credit card on departure.
8. Cheques not accepted for final payment.
9. Cancellation fees (*working days):
• up to 24 hrs* notice: 100%
• 24 – 48 hrs* notice: 75%
• 48 hrs – 7 days* notice: 50%
• 7 days – 14 days* notice: 25%
Bookings shall only be confirmed upon 23 Melville Street receiving a completed and signed booking form along with your deposit.
